Tofu Fajitas

We love fajitas, tacos, tostadas and burritos in our house and have fun mixing up the ordinary recipes we use. This particular fajita recipe features delicious lime tofu!! YUM 😉

Tofu Fajitas


1/2 block extra firm tofu, squeezed/pressed and slice into strips

1/2 yellow onion, sliced into strips

1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips

4 red baby bell peppers, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil (to sautee veggies)

corn tortillas

Tofu Marinade

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

2 tbsp garlic infused olive oil

1 tsp hot sauce

1 tsp red pepper

Top with


Greek Yogurt (in place of sour cream)


Shredded Cheese


Jalapeno Slices


  1. Mix tofu marinade with tofu and let sit 30 minutes to overnight.
  2. Sautee tofu and marinade over medium heat for 10 minutes, flipping every few minutes.
  3. While tofu is cooking, sautee veggies in olive oil, stirring frequently. Let vegetables sit for a few minutes to brown in the oil.
  4. Heat corn tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds or on the stove top in the veggie pan for 30 seconds each side.

Plate fajitas to your liking and enjoy!!
