Tofu is a a great way to make a hearty salad! I like it cold or warm on salads it just depends on my mood 🙂 Try adding tofu to your go to salad, it won’t disappoint!
My Quick Go To Salad
2 handfuls mixed lettuce (whatever is in the house)
3 mushrooms, chopped
6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 red peppers, chopped
2 baby cucumbers, chopped
4 oz tofu, cooked and chopped
2 oz roasted red pepper vinaigrette
Fresh cracked pepper (this goes on every salad!!)
Mix all ingredients together and EAT!
