YUM!!! Tofu, broccoli, Szechuan, what more could a girl want. I love the simplicity of one sauce and 3 main ingredients.
1 packet extra firm sprouted tofu, drained, pressed and diced
1 head of broccoli, chopped and steamed
2 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 – 3/4 cup Szechuan Sauce
red pepper powder to taste
water to sautee tofu
- Sautee tofu in water (add red pepper if using) for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping frequently. Add 1/4 cup of Szechuan sauce the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Combine cooked brown rice, steamed broccoli, tofu and remaining Szechuan sauce in a bowl.
- Plate and drizzle with agave is desired.
