Quinoa Fruit and Pistachio Bowl

This is the perfect fall breakfast! It will keep you going all morning long. Get creative and add any fruits or nuts that sound good to you!! Experiment Experiment Experiment

Quinoa Fruit Nuts

Serves 1

1 cup quinoa, cooked

6 raspberries

6 blackberries

1 tbsp pistachios

1 tbsp cashews

2 tbsp agave nectar

Directions

  1. Put cooked quinoa in a bowl and top with agave nectar, berries and nuts. Enjoy this simple breakfast or snack!
