There is nothing like a fresh tomato!! They are so juice and one of my favorite things to eat in the summertime. Enjoy the simplicity of the tomato paired with fresh mozzarella!
2 red tomatoes, sliced
2 yellow tomatoes, sliced
1 large mozzarella ball, sliced
2 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp basil infused olive oil
1 tbsp fresh cracked pepper
2 tbsp basil
- Plate alternating tomatoes and mozzarella making a few rows.
- Top with olive oil and vinegar.
- Sprinkle with basil and pepper.
- Chill 30-45 minutes before serving to allow vinegar and oil to flavor the tomatoes and mozzarella.
