YUM!! Perfect summertime lunch,

Sprout Avocado Sandwich

 

2 slices whole wheat bread

1 slice vegan cheese

1 cup alfalfa sprouts

1 leaf of romaine lettuce

1/2 avocado, sliced

fresh cucumber slices

Directions

1. Layer ingredients on bread: avocado, lettuce, alfalfa, vegan cheese. Slice sandwich in two and enjoy with fresh cucumbers or the veggie of your choice!
