Avocado Smoothie

Smoothies for breakfast are so simple and quick, I love them. With the avocado and banana in this smoothie it’s extra creamy! I hope you enjoy this beautiful green breakfast or snack!

Blender Smoothie Avocado Smoothie

Serves 1

1 avocado, diced

2 handfuls spinach

2 tbsp flax seed

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 banana

1/4 Greek yogurt

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

 

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy!
  2. Enjoy a delicious GREEN BREAKFAST!! Yummy
