This recipe was one of those that just kind of happened. I wanted peanut butter toast for breakfast and an egg sounded good as well, so……. I put them together and it was fabulous!!
1 piece of whole wheat bread, toasted
1-2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp agave nectar
- Crack egg in a small bowl and sprinkle with paprika. Cover egg with a paper towel and microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes.
- Spread peanut butter over toast and top with cooked egg. Drizzle agave over toast and enjoy!!
