Vegan Green Smoothie

Green Smoothie Blender

This smoothie is a great way to start the day!

Servings 2

2 handfuls of spinach
1 handful of kale
1 banana
15 oz flax seed milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp pro-biotic powder

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.  I usually put it in the freezer or frig for a couple of minutes to get it nice and cold, you could also add ice cubes.
