I made this on New Year’s Days and it was a delicious appetizer! This recipe is simple and quick, I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
8 oz brie wheel, top rind cut off
2 tbsp strawberry jam
2 tbsp raspberry jam
1 crescent roll tube, reduced fat
1 apple, sliced
1 pear, sliced
crackers of your choice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out crescent roll and pinch seams together. Place brie in center of pastry, top with both jams. Fold pastry around brie, pinching at the tops and sides, cut off any extra pastry from the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until pastry is browned. Cut in brie in pie slices and serve with apples, pears and crackers.
