Fruit Slush


Serves 8

2 cans mandarin oranges

1 can crushed pineapple

6 cups orange juice

6 cups pineapple juice

1 quart lemonade or limeade

sparkling water


Combine oranges, pineapples and both juices in gallon size Tupperware bowl with a lid and stir to mix completely. Freeze overnight. Remover from freezer about 10 minutes before serving. Scoop slush mix into small bowls and top with sparkling water, this will help the mixture to become slushier.

For an adult version you can also top with Malibu Coconut Rum or fruity liquor. You can also added 1 1/2 cups of Rum to the mixture before freezing it; this helps it not to freeze completely. Enjoy
