Olive Tapenade

Serves 4

½ jar black olives, pitted

½ jar green olives

1 small jar roasted red peppers

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tbs Italian herbs

¼ cup parmesan cheese, dices

Directions

Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse on high setting until all ingredients are  pureed. Serve with favorite crackers, crostini or dry Italian bread.
