Fresh Tomato Sandwich

Tomato Sandwich

Serves 1

2 slices whole grain bread

1 medium tomato, sliced

1 tbsp vegan mayo (I like Follow Your Heart Vegenaise)

1/2 tsp Lawyers Season Salt


Spread both slices with vegan mayo, top with tomatoes and sprinkle with Lawyers Season Salt. Eat immediately! This is a favorite of mine, I can remember my mom and grandma making this for me as a little girl; it’s great for breakfast or lunch!
