1 block extra firm tofu, cubed
¼ red onion, sliced in half moons
1 clementine, peeled and segmented
2 tbsp almonds, sliced
2 tbsp orange juice
¼ cup sweet and sour sauce
Sauté tofu and onion in orange juice, 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally to brown all sides; reduce heat to low, add remaining ingredients and cook 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
