This is a great way to spicy up corn on the cob, try it at your next BBQ.
4 ears of corn, shucked and clean
2 tbsp red pepper
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp black pepper
Place corn in boiling water for 4 minutes, corn should be bright yellow and the kernels should still be firm, transfer to a plate. Sprinkle pepper and paprika mixture over corn. Grill on high heat for 2-3 minutes, when corn begins to char, turn over and cook additional 2-3 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
