I absolutely can not get enough of the fabulous, colorful and delightfully tasty summer vegetables. This salad is full of color and flavor.
1 pint mini heirloom tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, sliced into half moons
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2-3 tbsp Italian dressing
fresh cracked pepper
Toss all ingredients together, coating tomatoes and cheese in dressing. Serve immediately.
